I am a dedicated and driven professional with advanced experience within Ecommerce Management, Project Management, Corporate Training, Implementation, Business Development, and Process Improvement. Throughout my career, I have gained exceptional experience within my field of work and have developed a detailed understanding of analyzing systems and implementing strategic improvement strategies, overseeing Ecommerce growth and success, and managing D2C/ B2C channel development. My work experience has not only enabled me to gain a proven track record in success, but has also held me accountable for KPI management, large implementation projects, warehouse and inventory control, SCRUM development and much more. Most recently, I was headhunted to work at Gerber Childrenswear responsible for developing and expanding the existing Ecommerce brand to include a Direct to Consumer/ Business to Consumer revenue stream. Prior to this, I gained experience working as a Training and Implementation Specialist at ChannelAdvisor, and as a Productivity Analyst working within Cisco Systems. At this stage of my career, I am now seeking new opportunities which will enable me to utilize my existing skillsets whilst developing myself further through new challenges.

Experience


Ecommerce Marketplaces and Business Development Manager | Gerber Childrenswear | 2018 - 2020

· Responsible for implementing and growing the Ecommerce Business Revenue Stream and analysing the operational efficiency of the business to develop more efficient processes within the company

· Reporting directly to the Vice President of Ecommerce

· Successfully oversaw the transition of the company from wholesale focused business into a D2C/B2C company

· Reorganized the prior data systems to streamline processes and worked with the warehouse colleagues to establish a more efficient process and operation for handling inventory and controlling stock

· Directed the communication between the Warehouse Team and B2C Department to establish a set standard in organization and process ensuring the best possible standards of customer success and customer service

· Reduced warehouse and shipping costs by researching and developing improved critical information tracking

· Carried out an in-depth report of stock analysis and complex inventory data to using SCRUM methodologies to develop knowledge and accuracy of stock on hand, and therefore improving the overall accuracy of inventory distribution within the business

· Successfully grew marketplace sales by over 300% through GCW on Amazon, eBay, Overstock and Walmart marketplaces, establishing new business streams and sales channels

· Oversaw the .com inventory quantity consistency ensuring product availability for direct to consumer sites

· Responsible for overseeing marketing on all B2C marketplaces

· Collaborated across disciplines and departments to help company adapt to the constantly changing fast-paced environment of ecommerce and become more agile

Implementation Specialist | ChannelAdvisor | 2015 – 2019

· Promotion to Implementation Specialist in charge of complex large scale implementations and higher tier client’s projects

· Represented ChannelAdvisor in the "Ask the Experts" room at both the Catalyst conference in Las Vegas as well as the ChannelAdvisor User Conferences in Durham, NC and New York City

· Actively assisted clients with troubleshooting and configuring software set-up to ensure full potential and growth

· Led sales team in cross departmental training to present in-service technical knowledge on how to demonstrate the product and its functionalities to prospective clients
